Description
| The CLRFAULT command cancels the fault status of an amplifier. A hardware or software reset of the amplifier is carried out, depending on the type of fault that is present. After a software reset the amplifier is immediately ready for operation, after a hardware reset the complete initialization phase must be gone through first (as for power-on). As well as amplifier faults (display Fxx), the following warnings are also deleted. - contouring/following error - threshold monitoring With the selection CLRWARN=1 (separate cancellation of warnings) this command will delete all warnings that are present. A listing of all possible fault/error messages, with information on the hardware/software reset required, can be found in the description of the ERRCODE command. The CLRFAULT command can either be implemented through the ASCII channel (CLRFAULT command ) or via the CAN/PROFIBUS (with the “cancel fault” bit in the control word), or through a digital input (“Controller reset” function). |
