Description
| The VLIMN parameter defines the maximum velocity for the negative direction (velocity control loop) in units defined by VUNIT. VLIM is also used for limiting the following parameters: 1. MVANGLB <= 0.9*VLIM 2. MSPEED >= VLIM 3. PVMAX <= (VLIM * PGEARI * 2^PRBASE) / (60 * PGEARO) When used together with the VLIMN parameter, it is possible to implement a directionally-dependent rotational velocity limit. The VLIM command determines the maximum velocity for both positive and negative directions. By making a subsequent entry for VLIMN, the limit for the negative direction can be set separately. |
